Report of the Seventeenth Regular Session of the Commission on Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture

The Commission on Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture released a report of its seventeenth regular session. The overall objective of this document is to assist governments considering developing, adapting or implementing legislative, administrative or policy measures for access and benefit-sharing to take into account the importance of genetic resources for food and agriculture, their special role for food security and the distinctive features of the different subsectors of genetic resources for food and agriculture, while complying, as applicable, with international access and benefit-sharing instruments.
