Australia Biodiversity Conservation Regulation 2018

These Regulations, consisting of 168 sections divided into 13 Parts and eleven Schedules, regulate the following sectors under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016: Listing of native species, ecological communities and threatening processes; Critical habitats; Licensing scheme; Protection and management of fauna; Transportation and storage of sandalwood; Translocation of flora; Taking or disturbance by Aboriginal people; Authorizations; Legal proceedings; Fees and charges; etc.
